Custom software built around how your business runs
When off-the-shelf tools force your team into spreadsheets and workarounds, a purpose-built system is often simpler. We build internal platforms, dashboards and tools shaped to your process, and we run our own company on one we built.
What we build
Operations platforms
One place for the records, tasks and status your team currently tracks across several tools.
Dashboards and reporting
Live views of the numbers you manage by, drawn from the systems that already hold them.
Customer and booking tools
CRM, scheduling and intake built to match the way you actually sell and serve customers.
AI and automation inside
The repetitive steps are automated in the software itself instead of being bolted on afterwards.
How a build runs
- 01
Map the process
We document how the work is done today and where the current tools get in the way.
- 02
Agree the first version
We scope a first version that solves the main problem, with a fixed price, before writing code.
- 03
Build in the open
You see working software early and often, on a preview link, and steer it as it takes shape.
- 04
Launch and maintain
We move your team onto it, then host, maintain and extend it.
Where it fits
Custom software makes sense when your process is a real advantage that generic tools flatten, when you are paying for several products to do one job, or when the same data is typed into three places.
It is not always the answer. If an existing product fits, we will tell you and connect it to the rest of your systems instead.
Questions we get asked
What does a custom software development company do?
It designs and builds software for one organization's specific needs, as opposed to selling a ready-made product. That includes working out the requirements, building and testing the system, and maintaining it afterwards.
Is custom software only for large companies?
No. Smaller businesses often benefit most, because one well-fitted system can replace several subscriptions and a lot of manual work. The key is keeping the first version small.
Who owns the software?
Ownership and licensing are set out in the agreement for each project. Ask us on the discovery call and we will put the terms in writing with the quote.
Can it connect to the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. Connecting to existing systems is a normal part of a build, and we confirm what each tool allows before we commit to it.
How much does custom software cost?
We quote each build after a discovery call, because the price depends on what the system has to connect to and how much it has to handle. You get a fixed scope and price before any work starts.
