Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
Digital Growth Partners ("DGP," "we," "us," "our") operates digitalgrowthpartners.co (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: When you contact us, book a call, or submit a form on our Site, we collect the details you give us — such as your name, email address, business or website, and any message or information you include.
- Scheduling: When you book a call, your name, contact details, and appointment details are stored in our own booking system and added to our team's calendar so we can hold the meeting and send you a confirmation.
- Interactive AI tools: Our Site offers interactive demos (such as the AI business audit and the automation flow builder). When you use them, the website URL or task description you enter is sent to and processed by third-party AI service providers to generate a response. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into these tools.
- Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we and our providers may collect standard technical and usage data — such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and similar analytics — including through cookies or similar technologies.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to: respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request; schedule and conduct calls; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services; and comply with our legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business — for example, our website hosting and database provider (Supabase), our calendar provider (Microsoft 365), our AI service providers (which power the interactive tools), and email/communication providers — and only as needed to provide these services, or where required by law.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site and its third-party tools may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymize it.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
